What this is

Racecraft operates a private operational alerting system. It sends automated, transactional SMS notifications about infrastructure and service status (e.g. system health alerts) only to a mobile number that has opted in via the form above. This is an internal operations tool — numbers are never purchased or harvested, and are never sold, shared, or used for marketing.

How consent (opt-in) is obtained

Consent is captured through the web opt-in form at the top of this page: a person enters the mobile number to be enrolled and must actively check the (unchecked-by-default) consent box agreeing to receive automated SMS alerts before the Opt in button is enabled. Submitting the form is the affirmative opt-in action. The same consent language, message frequency, cost, and STOP/HELP instructions are shown directly beside the number field, so the policy is available at the exact point of collection. Numbers are never added on someone's behalf.

Frequency varies and is event-driven — messages are sent only when a monitored condition occurs (typically a few messages per week, sometimes none).

Cost
